Bosch Rexroth
Bosch Rexroth aluminium profiles allows you to rapidly construct lightweight corrosion resistant structures and/or products with ease. Cut to length, slide in nuts and/or reinforcement brackets and you can build the most amazing things in no time. The profiles have a robust anodized layer, this void the need for coating after assembly.

- 20 x 20mm (2020) – Up to 3m lengths and in two configurations
- 40 x 40mm (4040) – Up to 6m lengths and in two configurations
- 40 x 80mm (4080) – Up to 6m lengths
- 80 x 80mm (8080) – Up to 6m lengths

This profile is stocked in Stavanger – Rogaland
2020 4N Aluminium strut profile – 20x20mm, 4N means that is has grooves on all four sides. The extruded profile geometry ensure high stiffness despite the relatively small size.
This is your perfect partner when designing extremely lightweight frames. This profile it is often used to reinforce plate structures by function as a skeleton to allow the plates to be 2D cut to lower cost and leadtime. EMOX has designed several frame structures using this profile.

This profile is stocked in Stavanger – Rogaland
4080L Aluminium strut profile – with a total of 6 grooves. This extruded profile is the one you turn to when loads or size require larger frame members. The 4080 make up the top frame on the EMOX-Xbuild and used in several of EMOX custom products.
This is a profile that will allow you to rapidly construct a cost effective frame that will handle large forces. The two grooves on the 80mm sides also open up for reducing panel plate sizes as if function as a joining member.

8080L Aluminium strut profile – with a total of 8 grooves, two on each side. This is the extruded profile you turn to when loads or size require larger frame members. The 8080L is what EMOX has relied on when custom client products will be exposed to high forces.
This is a profile that will provide equal stiffness and strength in two axis. The two grooves on each of the sides also open up for reducing panel plate sizes as it function as a joining member.
